Acceptance of these GCS is affected by making the said conditions available and the consumer&#8217;s acceptance to be subject to them at the bottom of the page.<\/p>\n<p><strong>II Service<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2.1 Raiko Lashes &#038; Beauty \/ Reine Raiko beaut\u00e9 undertakes to offer the services, products and offers for as long as they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stocks. Raiko Lashes Beauty \/ Reine Raiko beaut\u00e9 reserves the right at any time to modify the scope of the services or to suspend the execution of certain services.<\/p>\n<p>2.2 Upon receipt of your order, a check of the availability of the product(s) ordered. Every order that is subsequently confirmed by &#8220;<strong>double-clicking<\/strong>&#8220;, constituting an electronic signature, is deemed to constitute acceptance of the offer.<\/p>\n<p>3.2 The contract shall be deemed to have been concluded on the day of receipt of the order confirmation.<\/p>\n<p>3.3 The sale of the products and services presented on the website is reserved for consumers domiciled in Switzerland. In the absence of a domicile, the sale is open to consumers having their usual residence in Switzerland.<\/p>\n<p><strong>IV Prices and terms of payment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>4.1 The prices in the catalogue available on the site are indicated in Swiss francs, net amounts, including VAT and guaranteed. Prices do not include order processing, transport or delivery costs. Raiko Lashes &#038; Beauty \/ Reine Raiko beaut\u00e9 reserves the right to modify prices at any time, the rate applicable to a service being that in force at the date of the order placed.<\/p>\n<p>4.2 Lashes &#038; Beauty \/ Reine Raiko beaut\u00e9 has chosen to choose two methods of payment\u00a0in order to best satisfy the availability of its consumers. In the case of <strong>payment by PayPal,<\/strong> payment is made via a highly secure bank server. In the case of <strong>payment by bank transfer<\/strong> Raiko Lashes &#038; Beauty \/ Reine Raiko beaut\u00e9 shall bear the costs associated with the transactions.<\/p>\n<p>4.3 Payment of the price is due as soon as the order is placed. In the event of non-payment, Raiko Lashes &#038; Beauty \/ Reine Raiko beaut\u00e9 reserves the right not to provide its services in accordance with Article 82 of the Swiss Code of Obligations (SR 220).<\/p>\n<p>4.4 In the event of total or partial non-payment, Raiko Lashes &#038; Beauty \/ Reine Raiko beaut\u00e9 reserves the right to refuse to honour an order from the same consumer with whom a payment dispute is in progress.<\/p>\n<p><strong>V Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>5.1 Orders are delivered to <strong>the delivery address <\/strong>indicated during the ordering process. Subject to good reason, the delivery address cannot be changed between the online order and receipt of the order.<\/p>\n<p>5.2 As soon as the order has been validated, an available item is dispatched within an average of 2-3 working days.\u00a0 In other cases, the missing item will be ordered from the suppliers, availability may vary between 3-30 days depending on the type of products ordered.<\/p>\n<p>5.3 Available items are sent by Swiss Post <strong>within 5-8 <\/strong>working <strong>days. <\/strong>These deadlines are for information purposes only and Raiko Lashes &#038; Beauty \/ Reine Raiko beaut\u00e9 cannot be held responsible for any failure to comply with these deadlines, nor can it be held liable for interest on arrears.<\/p>\n<p>5.4 Upon receipt of the delivery, the buyer is <strong>obliged to check <\/strong>the status of the orders received as soon as he can. The returned product will only be accepted if it has been kept in its original state, in particular with its original packaging, being suitable for re-marketing. No retraction will be accepted if the returned product is unsuitable for re-marketing. Failing this, the product will be returned to the buyer at his own expense.<\/p>\n<p>6.3 In order to identify and process returns in the best possible way, any product that needs to be returned must be the subject of a return request to Raiko Lashes &#038; Beauty \/ Reine Raiko beaut\u00e9, failing which it will be refused. As soon as the return has been established and agreed, the buyer has 15 days to return the product to the seller. Raiko Lashes &#038; Beauty \/ Reine Raiko beaut\u00e9 is not responsible for the return shipment. The sender of the package must take the necessary measures to ensure that the package arrives at its destination, in particular with the relevant postal services.<\/p>\n<p>Upon receipt of the returned package, the seller takes the liberty of checking the\u00a0conformity of the returned product. If the returned product is not in conformity, if the return has been made under the wrong motive, it will be refused and will be sent back to the buyer, at his expense.
